Fascinating place with dedicated staff at the reception desk, liked it. The superior double room was immaculate, comfortable bed. We had a separate bathroom. Magnificent location easy to get into town by public transport was a plus.
That breakfast was missing.

enjoyed the breakfasts, huge selection of dishes, all fresh and delicious... hotel itself is clean, room has everything you need, service for five. It's within walking distance of the airport.

The hotel is very modern, confortable and has a great spa, one of the SPAs I've seen so far.
I had to ask every day for shampoo and shower gel, unnaceptable for the price we paid. Housekeeping took ages...

It was just a good pick for a short staycation in Dusseldorf with good value for money. The staff seemed friendly but I had a frustrating morning when my suitcase went missing and it seemed like no one cared. Make sure to secure your belongings and lock your doors properly.
